TELECOMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS:
Applicant must have Telecommunications/Fiber Optic or Electrical background otherwise resume WILL NOT be considered~
CAVCOMM LLC a full service telecommunications company with offices located in Southern Connecticut and Northeast Ohio, specializing in OSP Fiber Optics is seeking a motivated individual that will grow with our company.
DAILY DUTIES:
•Manage all the daily operations that take place
•Solve all the problems that arise through the day
•Delegation of duties to the right employees
•Ensure compliance of all installation and repair performance and technical standards are met
•Give a progress report to the Partners
•Solve disputes that arise between employees or departments and make sure the daily work is not hampered in any way
•Make suggestion for promotion as they work with all the employees closely and know the capabilities of each individual
•Help the management make plans for future business ventures
•Capable of doing walk thru and bids on prospective jobs
•Liaison with clients and working directly with them to resolve issues as they arise
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s Degree. Or 8-10 years of Experience in field operations or equivalent is required
•Proficiency with PC’s, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
•Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
