Qualifications
•Experience in Aerial & UG fiber construction. •Rock boring ability is a must! •Must be familiar with AT machines •Looking for experienced Ditch Witch & Vermeer Directional Operators •Locators to run underground facility location equipment.
Other Requirements
Operator must have good communication skills and a positive attitude. •Must be able to work independently at times and demonstrate good judgment and logical problem solving skills. •Operator must be knowledgeable with all typical safety procedures and apply them at all times. •Be able to run a drill (any size and any brand). •Be able to locate both cables and drill heads. •Be able to dig. Ability to run a plow is a plus. •Must be mechanically inclined and detailed oriented •Work outside

Bear Communications has a high volume of work with over 4000 fiber route miles to build keeping contractor partners busy year round. We can provide over a 45 day forward production schedule to insure our partners are always loaded with work. We provide aggressive payment terms. This is an opportunity of a lifetime. We are looking for horizontal boring crews with ROCK EXPERIENCE.
