Underground Supervisor/Drillers & Locators needed

High school diploma -3 Years experience as a supervisor in the cable communications industry or -5 years experience in the cable construction field-with two of those years in a supervisory role -OR any equivalent combination of education and experience -OSHA 10/30 a plus -CPR a plus familiar with all phases of coax, fiber, boring, trenching, plowing, locates, locate laws, able to read coax and fiber prints,computer knowledge of excel, outlook etc.,

-Excellent reading/writing ability and math skills to understand job specifications and accurately complete work -Full comprehension of construction plans in order to supervise successful completion of operations -High sense of urgency for customer needs/ability to meet all deadlines in a timely and efficient manner -Develop and maintain team-building through strong interpersonal and leadership skills -Willingness to work when necessary in order to accomplish ever-change workload

Supervise/manager up to 6 inhouse drill crews, 2 clean up/vault crews, up to two sub-contract drill crews. Check in, check out of daily productions, motivate and assist crews, time cards, report to PM on daily bases, pre-field, white line, call in dig-safe tickets, record dig tickets, verify paint, schedule crews, maintain minimum production levels, attend customer meeting both field and at customer locations,sign out and issue tools, order supplies, maintain/invertory and keep a mimimun level of supplies in stock, meet maitain and follow budgets and customer deadline
