PM, Drill/locater,and FO Splicer for FTTH in SE GA

Manage and Construct appox 100+ miles of FTTH network for a local phone company in Southeast GA.

Starts

Project to start in June 2015 and to last thru December 2016

Pay

Project Manager - Salary position with potential bonus along with truck, phone, and per diem. Drill, locator, and backhoe operator will be hourly + overtime and per diem. Hourly rates will be determined by experience. Fiber Splicer - Salary + bonus

Qualifications

All positions will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience. CDL license is preferred.

Other Requirements

All positions will need to pass a background check, DMV, and drug screen.

Job Description

All jobs below with be full time positions with fringes including insurance after 60-90 days:

Project Manager - Oversee all day to day activities to construct 100+ mile network

Directional Drill Operator - Experience with Vermeer 24x40 and Ditch Witch 20x20 directional drills

Locator for directional drill - Experience locating with Vermeer 24x40 and Ditch Witch 20x20 directional drills

Backhoe Operator - Experience with placing vaults, tie-ins, and cleanup from bore and trench crews.

Fiber Optic Splicer - Splice Fusion and Ribbon, Perform bi-direction and dual wavelength OTDR test, power light loss tests, and the ability to save and distribute test data.
