Salary $45,000 + Bonus structure for crew performance and quality
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience in the Aerial Construction field. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience as a lineman/Aerial construction field. Must be familiar with large FTTH projects, be very flexible, dependent, and drug & alcohol free.
Other Requirements
Provide own vehicle and get mileage rate, or one will be provided
Job Description
*Supervise large number of Aerial crews for a large FTTH project.
*Perform Quality checks and coordinate with any needed repairs in a timely fashion
*Coordinate daily activities with crews
*Manage material handling
*Coordinate Asbuilds with management staff
*Address any field issues with homeowners & customers
*other duties as requested
