Must be energetic and eager to learn. Not afraid of a ladder or heights. Have good communication skills and able to problem solve. Candidates must also be aware of the weather conditions of the area and not afraid of working when weather permits.

Certifications are required for both commercial and residential installs. We will help in gaining these for the technician. GL insurance is required and must obtain within 30 days of hiring.

We are currently looking to expand more techs to help cover the northern areas of NY and maintain the area with local technicians. We currently cover most of upstate NY and are a stable company that has been here for 3 successful years. The job would entail residential installs and a steady flow of commercial. Commercial jobs would include VSAT/satellite based installs as well as terrestrial/non satellite based installs. Candidates must be able to follow a spec sheet and able to grasp the material without constant supervision. Summer usually comes with commercial projects that last several months. We also maintain most of the Hughes based installations for the area, ongoing. Networking experience is helpful but not required. Must have a good knowledge base of how to navigate a computer and run the programs for each job.

This is a full time job and we are looking for local techs at this time. We would consider a traveling tech if they were considering a move to the area.
