Minimum 2 years running equipment. Full crews needed. Smaller companies would find this as their time to get a foot hold in the area market.

Please have your own equipment and insurance, trucks, plows, mini excavators, Drill and bore. Be capable to "shoot" long haul, road signs also be able to transport debris or mud off site if needed. Please have Rock hammers or "Rock Chucker's" rock saws etc. All persons will be required to pass a background check. There will be an equipment inspection for each crew as well as a mandatory onboarding meeting.

We will be placing conduit underground to meet or exceed NEC and local standards. We will be making ready for the fiber deployment throughout Austin and San Antonio and all surrounding areas. There will be plenty of work.

Looking to possibly hire on direct or 1099 to the correct persons. Looking for efficient crews able to perform work to the highest standards. Conduit will be placed underground for long haul as well as residential communities.

Please have all trucks, insurance, plows, drills, drill heads, mini cats or "bob cats" mini excavators, Rock hammers "rock chucker's" rock saws and plan on doing full site restoration as well as debris or mud removal when necessary.

We are looking for highly motivated crews that are self starters and willing to put in the effort.
