Qualifications
Experienced Aerial Foreman needed to lead multiple crews in construction of new strand & fiber. Must have experience supervising people & have a minimum of 3 years experience building communications.
Other Requirements
Must pass a drug screen & criminal background check. Valid drivers license. CDL would be highly beneficial. Basic hand tools & demonstrated ability to produce as-built drawings and production documentation. Strong commitment to safety, quality and communication is a must.
Job Description
Position of the aerial foreman will be as follows but not limited to:
Perform safety meetings and documentation
Schedule crew activities and report production data
Provide guidance on construction field issues
Quality control audits
Lead, supervise and train apprentice linemen
Interface with the public and client regarding placement of aerial fiber networks
Work with aerial subcontractors in a similar capacity
