Job Description
Seeking experienced, responsible, safety-minded aerial workers for an in-house crew in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Set-up and inspect equipment prior to operation. Must have knowledge of the industry procedures governing aerial telephony construction. Operators complete work as planned by the Foreman and Supervisor. Maintain safe work environment by keeping work area clean and free of trash, scrap material and equipment not in use. Adheres to all company employee safety and customer rules and policies. This includes but is not limited to appearance, codes and vehicle policies. Building a fiber-optic network for major MSO. Pulling cable through duct, working in manholes, placing down-guys and anchors, inspecting contractor work, managing material and truck stock, filling out dailies and completing electronic documentation of work locations/activities.
