Must have 2-5 years experience in aerial telecom construction Must have reliable transportation to and from the yard. Must possess a valid Driver’s License. Self motivated and able to learn quickly. Team oriented and have exemplary character. Work schedule must be flexible; work night/weekends as needed. Must be willing to work outside in Texas summer conditions. Able to mentor less experienced team members as appropriate. Safety focused.

Ability to complete all required applications of aerial construction. Ability to read prints for aerial construction Working knowledge of TRC make ready documents and standards provided by ONCOR and NEC. Working knowledge of proper operation of AP40 & AT40 bucket trucks Ability to adapt and resolve issues timely that may arise in the field. Must be able to pass drug and background check. Must have clean driving record.

• Perform Aerial Communication Lineman tasks for Fiber Optic and Copper Cable systems for both new and existing applications.
o To include, but not limited to:

? Hang strand
? Hang and lash fiber / copper telecommunications lines.
? Preform pole make readies
? Test and repair damaged lines
? Set anchors
? Preform TRC corrections and customer corrections as needed.

• Provide 24×7 emergency response support.
