Must be able to lift 75 pounds multiple times throughout the day. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to work outside in elements (sun, rain, wind and snow). Must be able to work full time with the possibility of overtime as necessary.

Be able to work without much supervision. Must be self motivated and willing to complete jobs on time. Must have small hand tools and climbing gear, MUST be able to climb poles, no bucket linemen please.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Throw 1-2 lb. weighted rope over elevated cable lines and tree branches
• Pull lashing equipment down cable lines to secure lines
• Safely use tools to install anchors
• Safely installing fiber optic lines
• Operate chain hoist to add tension to strand and guy wires
• Read prints to determine start and stop points.
• Operate vehicle and bucket lifts safely

Job Requirements:
• Ability and willingness to follow direction from supervisor
• Willingness to work both individually and in a team environment
• Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, homeowners, and customers
• Travel is a requirement
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Physical Requirements
• Ability to climb telephone poles daily, approximately 20’ in height
• Ability to lift and/or pull 100 lbs. several times each day
• Bending, twisting, squatting, reaching above the head several times per day
• Ability to work full-time and in an outdoor environment
