Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience in cable television, data, and digital telephone operations.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Computer/data literate with a working ability to use Windows, MS Office suite. Previous experience with Arris WorkAssure I&R and ICOMS preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required.
Overnight travel required.
Other Requirements
Must be able to work independently.
Able to work in office and warehouse environments as well as outdoors in various weather conditions.
Comfortable with working in customer homes or businesses.
Carry and properly utilize extension ladders up to and including 32ft.
50 to 75% travel within assigned territory.

Job summary:
Provide overall leadership to a team of supervisors and technicians (employee and contractor) who are responsible for consistent high quality installation and servicing of cable television, data, and digital telephone products and services. Ensures personnel are working toward organizational goals as effectively and efficiently as possible while fostering a commitment to quality and a positive working environment.
Summary of essential job functions:
• Provide leadership for supervisors and field technicians (employees and contractor) to maintain superior levels of customer service and assuring that quality and safety policies and procedures are being followed.
• Ensure all areas under his/her direction are properly staffed, trained and evaluated in accordance with company guidelines and policies. This position will require you to motivate and improve performance of current personnel as well as recruit and hire new personnel.
• Accountable for quality control through job inspections, repeat trouble call research, on-time arrival and production goals to meet quality standards. Hold periodic and event-driven meetings to communicate, coach and train field personnel. Communicate with field technicians, dispatchers and supervisors concerning policies and procedures, quarterly goals and other pertinent information as needed.
• Responsible for organizing and controlling physical assets and personnel to ensure optimum utilization of technical resources. Ensure periodic tool and equipment inspections and inventories are complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on attendance, performance and conduct. Manage performance through periodic and event-driven performance evaluations and weekly/monthly updates for progress against individual employee goals.
• Contact and follow up with customers on inquiries/complaints, research property damage claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Perform all work as necessary to conform to quality and safety control guidelines (includes compliance with requirements found in applicable regulations such as OSHA, FCC, NEC and others and following procedures outlined in the Installation, Technical, Operations and safety manuals).
• Other duties as assigned.
