Qualifications
High School Diploma and technical/vocational training or equivalent work experience
Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE)
Related Work Experience
2+ years of Technical work experience preferred
3+ years of Construction work experience preferred
Must have knowledge running Vermeer 20/20, Digi Trak F2 and Ditch Witch 752 sub site locators
Certifications/Licenses
MUST HAVE valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. CDL Preferred

Job Description
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to effectively COMMUNICATE with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
• Oversee, supervise and manage the Construction Supervisor and Broadband crew on a daily basis. Responsible for the cohesive functioning of all field/operational personnel.
• Develop weekly work plans and schedules for all Broadband crews. Ensure all customer work deadlines are met to the fullest extent possible.
• Manage contracts and keep the pipeline fluid from job to job.
• Ensure all work locations are inspected prior to beginning work to identify hazards, traffic control issues, right of way issues, equipment parking or placement issues and damage in the vicinity of and along the planned work routes. Ensure coordination is made with the customer when problems are identified that will delay, disrupt or require a change to work plans that have already been made and approved.
• Ensure ALL safety aspects of field operations are compliant and up-to-date.
o Contact emergency services when incidents occur that require law enforcement, medical or emergency notification.
o Ensure incidents are documented and reported to Corporate as quickly as possible. Notify customer, affected organizations, and government agencies as directed by Corporate.
• Assist field operations personnel and crews with any needs that arise on a daily basis. Ensure the proper equipment, materials, and supplies are available to perform work. Decide on best courses of action in reference to WTT and it personnel. Ensure smooth operations in support of the customer and in support of WTT.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in accordance with leasing requirements or manufacturers’ warranties.
• Ensure maximum efficiencies and profit margins without sacrificing safety or customer goodwill. Ensure the proper, legal, ethical and moral course of action is taken at all times.
