Job Description
Successful industry leader in the telecommunications field seeks bi-lingual project manager to handle our growing South American market. To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of 5-7 years of high level supervisory experience in the installation or construction side of business. Ideal candidates will have a proficient knowledge of construction, wiring, installation and troubleshooting of video, Internet, and telephony products.
This position will require 30 – 40% international travel and be responsible for overseeing our South American business division:

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)

•Highly motivated and accountable with the ability to set priorities and achieve goals to meet project delivery cycles and completion deadlines
•Resourceful and innovative in designing and executing projects with profitable outcomes
•Extremely organized with attention to detail
•Excellent commitment, vision and leadership abilities
•Takes a proactive approach to manage risks and eliminate liabilities
•Conscientiously and responsibly controls costs and stays within budget
•Solid analytical skills with ability to solve problems and has the experience and knowledge to determine how and when to change course if necessary to achieve desired outcomes without interruption of daily business activities
•Ability to remain professional under demanding and/or stressful conditions
•Effective and persuasive with all segments of the community
•Computer literate
•Some familiarity with international business law and commerce
