Job Description
Overview:
Position will measure footage where required for conduit runs as well as for span distances, determines location for equipment and ensures feasibility of system design and proper clearances.
Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:
2+ years in cable construction or project tech coordinator
5 years experience in design,constrcution and technical operation of FC plant
Proficiency with all field diagnostic equipment
Strong fiber background
Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi-site construction projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office programs.
Candidate must have own vehicle in acceptable condition (to be determined by hiring manager) - mileage reimbursement will be paid at standard Federal rate.
Qualifications:
Overtime will be required at times based on volume of work.
Some travel may be required. Less than 25%.
