Qualifications
Must have 3 years experience placing fiber and strand street side as well as easement. Must have all equipment for aerial fiber, make ready, quality control and safety.Crews must be able to QC their own work, attend weekly safety meetings, invoice correctly, and obtain any permits required. All in house crews must have own climbing gear and hand tools. Lineman must be experienced and have quality work or will not last. Long term project and good crews will move on to next roll out locations.
Other Requirements
Bucket trucks(Prefer T-40s) with reel carriers, reel trailers, tree trimming gear,all lashers, rollers, safety cones and signs. All contractors will have to furnish insurance, drug tests and in house crews will be tested. Any drug violations or bad driving records will not be considered. We are looking for subs and in house folks that want to make some money. Don't come to party, come to work.

Work will last for the best crews and best equipment.Safety as well as production will be the main concern. Any violations that occur too often will result in contracts and in house crews being terminated.
