Qualifications
Must have a Valid Virginia Contractors license,must have certified flaggers and must have an Virginia DOT Intermediate traffic control certification,and must take the SCC Dig safe training online prior to starting must have all road signs, I have approximately 60k ft of aerial construction ready now both overlash and also Strand and fiber,and over 25k ft of plow work ready now,
