High School education (minimum) Must be capable of reading and comprehending coax/fiber design; making field related decisions, climb poles; operate bucket truck; execute pole transfers and span replacements and other maintenance related task; willing to comply with all safety and quality procedures, company policies; knowledge of make-ready; must be honest,dependable and willing to work. Must be capable of passing comprehensive background check and drug test. Valid Drivers License
