Extensive experience in OSP construction practices as related to telecommunications in the telephony and fibre optic industry. Knowledge base of aerial and underground construction methods of placing strand, lashing cables, make-ready, riser construction as well as other related aerial construction job requirements.

Position: Aerial Construction Project Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Start Date: Immediately – After passing drug screen and background check
Company Vehicle: Yes
Salary Range: 90k
Has general knowledge of telephony and fiber optic OSP networks as related to aerial network components, functionality and operation.
Has extensive knowledge in understanding engineering and design prints. Can understand construction requirements necessary to build network from design prints.
Underground experience is not required but general knowledge of drilling, pipe placement and pulling cables is a definite plus.
Can direct work crews and foreman in aerial construction activity. Foresee problems and provide solutions.Motivates crews to stay productive and maintain production scheduling.
Can account for crew productivity, maintain daily activity reports and assure accuracy of production claims.
Can stay on top of foreman and motivate them to be hands on with their crews in an effort to own their area of responsibility.
Ability to professionally interface with customer, understand requirements, ask questions to seek clarity and meet deadlines.
