Experienced Operators and Locators! If experienced but no CDL no problem... we will pay for CDL!!
We are looking for experienced, reliable drill operators and locators who are proficient with using various types of equipment. Other tasks associated with buried utility construction are necessary, including clean-up. Also in need of locators to be a part of a drill crew. Will need to be able to locate cables and dig.
Skills:
Anybody that can plow and run drills is a plus.
• Operator must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Work outside in all types of weather.
• Drug testing and a background check are required!
• Must have a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Operator must have a clean record, driving and otherwise.
This job is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic worker. If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the drills!

• Rock boring ability is a plus!

Job consists of day to day plant maintenance as well as specific projects. We have a tremendous amount of work to get done and need good contract partners to help us with that. Bear is the prime contractor and we will find work for our contract partners in our other systems if work gets slow. Please give us a call and consider joining our team.Occasional weekly on-call required for after hour and weekend outage responses. (rotating schedule)
Scope of work varies with each job. Individuals must be able to read prints and have knowledge of the underground process. Looking for trust worthy and hard working individuals who want to move forward. Need to be able to work independently as a crew on each job given. Ability to trench, bore, plow, place duct, and direct bury main-line and drops. Locate & verify all utilities before construction. Clean -up job when finished.
Company provides work truck and equipment. Employee needs to bring a good attitude and desire to make money. We have plenty of work for the right candidates.
