Qualifications
Substantial experience in project management and supervision of OSP fiber underground construction projects. Successful candidate will have proven ability to manage, motivate and mentor teams of Managers, Supervisors, Field Techs and Subcontractors.
Other Requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Have working experience with Vermeer drill rigs, wire pulling equipment, excavators, pneumatic missile rigs.

~ Daily Communication with our company's clients.
~ Coordinate the activities of Field Managers to facilitate production, safe working conditions, and quality control.
~ Manage office staff to manage billing and invoicing, DOT compliance, HR issues.
~ Coordinate with Corporate officers to plan and implement action plans to acquire new business development.
