Piece Rate / Unit pay. 2 weeks after first invoice then weekly invoicing and pay. Employees W-2 / Subs 1099's
Qualifications
Valid drivers license. Must have own gear, belt, hooks and all necessary hand tools. Need to have knowledge and experience of overlash and new build construction of strand and fiber. Must follow specs and build properly. Referrals from past companies a bonus.
Other Requirements
SUB-CONTRACTORS need to have all insurances, bucket trucks, safety equipment and tools necessary to preform work Must have all necessary tools to overlash fiber on street and in rear lots and easements. W-2 EMPLOYEES Must have all necessary hand tools to overlash fiber on street and in rear lots and easements. Must have all your own safety equipment and gear needed to preform work and the knowledge of how to use gear.
Job Description
Looking for either complete experienced crews, or individuals with experience as crew leader, foreman, for the placement of strand & fiber overlash.
Individual Lineman Employees will paid by W-2.
Sub Contractor Crews will be independent contractors 1099 pay. Must provide proof of all Workers Comp and Insurances.
