Job Description
Strong, solid company with nationwide offices in an expanding market has an immediate opening for a Site Operations Manager in our San Diego branch office.
Site Operations Manager will be responsible for running a cable installation shop of between 20-65 or more technicians. Applicants must have previous supervisory experience in a cable or dish installation environment.
The Site Operations Manager position is responsible for the following:
-Managing the day to day operations of the shop.
-Acting as liaison with local MSO and representing company at any and all necessary meetings and events.
-Must manage and supervise field personnel to insure excellent customer service and that high quality work is being delivered on behalf of the company.
-Must push and supervise QC process.
-Responsible for keeping office installation and TC metrics within desired limits.
-Oversee billing and invoicing for location.
-Must be responsible for keeping office operating effectively and within budget for a financially profitable shop.
