Qualifications
5+ year experience in: Building strand, coax, and fiber, Aerial Construction, and Coax Splicing is a plus

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be eligible for employment in the United States. Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including high heat, freezing conditions, and all forms of precipitation (rain, sleet, snow, etc.). May be exposed to various contaminants; exhaust vapors, gas/diesel fumes, dust, and high volume noise on a daily basis.

Work starts immediately! Plenty to do for 2015!
Must be able to build strand, lash/over lash, pole transfers, vertical grounds, build and repair aerial telecommunication transmission lines
Must be able to utilize bucket trucks, crawl spaces, ladders, ceilings, tunnels, and trenches to access various installation and construction points as required
Candidate should be able to pull coax through existing duct package, pull cable through conduit either manually, blowing, or mechanically, and splice and activate underground and aerial lines.
Must be able to close a project by completing daily production sheets, verifying proper levels after activation, adjust and troubleshoot as necessary
Candidate should be willing and able to work across all divisions (underground, fiber, coax)
Skills: Time Management, Critical Thinking, Strong Communication, and High Attention to Detail
Physical Requirements:
• Steadiness - ability to keep your arm and hand in the same position while moving or without moving
• Manual Dexterity – ability to move your hand and arm together, grasp, manipulate, and assemble objects
• Flexibility – ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
• Near Vision – ability to focus and see objects within relatively close range
• Ability to move objects weighing in excess of 80lbs for distances greater than fifty feet multiple times a day
