Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years sales experience required
• Effective demonstration of sales process, able to identify buying criteria, eliminate objections, and develop solutions to close the sale
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the solar industry is a bonus; experience in a high tech, construction, or renewable energy company highly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer facing environment
Other Requirements
• Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively multi-task daily and meet deadlines
• Assertive, confident and clear communicator -- via e-mail, phone and face-to-face
• Must have valid state driver's license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent customer service skills required

You will be responsible for closing deals with company provided leads. Mining leads and door to door selling within a 50 mile territory. The ideal candidate will have solar energy sales experience, and stellar communication skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly, efficiently, and more importantly have a deep passion for sales.
Responsibilities
• Outside Energy selling to exceed sales goals
• Develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements to ensure efficient selling practices
• Manage and prioritize daily work load
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Manage the administrative processes, to ensure documentation is obtained and submitted on a pre-schedule timeline.
You excel at finding and closing opportunities, and have a proven, methodical approach to effective follow up. Your natural bonding and rapport-building talent, combined with high integrity and superior listening and questioning skills are something for which you are known. Because you are a highly-motivated self-starter, and understands the power of leadership and have the skill to energizer a sales team into 5th gear.
