Qualifications
We are looking for long-term hard working employees, currently we have 180,000' LF of underground work for 2015 and more coming. Directional Drill Operator / Locator - Must have experience working with Vermeer & Ditch Witch. Positive attitude & willingness to work as long as needed to get the job done / meet deadlines. CDL not required but a plus, clean driving record required. Willingness to travel, Able to perform work with production and safety as priority.

Job Description
Candidates: Will be provided an I pad or I phone for reading plans, sending daily reports of construction, taking pictures, videos, finding materials / equipment when needed, making business phone calls, GPS Navigation, and other essential functions.
Candidates will be provided project plans, they must read and interpret, perform preconstruction walk out, white line for locates, call in miss utility locates, check site once tickets clear for any unmarked utilities, use 3M locator to double-check any questionable utilities and private utilities. As per drawings and permits, perform installation of conduit, adhere to all local, state, & other regulations, including adhering to right-of-way easement and ensuring safety of workers and the public at all times to minimize potential liabilities for company.
Schedule with inspectors for any critical utility crossings, document and continue work as scheduled. Check weather daily, keep records and provide maintenance reports / requests for any equipment & vehicles to keep everything in good operating condition. Provide request for materials / equipment if and when running low to allow us adequate time for ordering & pick-up.
Ensure site is restored and returned to original or better condition, secure site daily, schedule crews and notify office if any overtime, weekend, or night work is required to meet, exceed, or keep deadlines.
