Job Description
DIRECTV Technicians
DIRECTV Installation SUPERVEROR (FLAGSTAFF ONLY)
Compensation: $1000 + / week
Do you have great customer service skills? Are you tech savvy or do you enjoy working with electronics? If you are good at both you might want to consider becoming a satellite technician for DIRECTV.
FNL Group LLC. has been in business since 2007 and we are an authorized installation partner for DIRECTV. We have locations in Tempe, Peoria, Tucson, and Tulsa (OK). We are looking for dependable, hard working individuals who are capable of providing our customers an amazing installation experience.
The right person for this job needs to be a "people person" as you will be interacting with multiple customers daily, and customer service is our top priority.
Pay
• You will be paid per job completed -- this is not a salary or hourly pay position
• Our rates are comparable to other installation groups in the market
• Our techs average $800 / week but you can make more. Many techs make over $1,000/wk
• We pay weekly
• We pay custom labor along with the job it was completed with.

Typical job duties
• Report to the warehouse to receive daily work orders and equipment
• Return unused equipment and paperwork from previous day's work
• Be on site for your first assignment by 8:00 AM
• Interact with people by phone and in person throughout the day
• Inspect homes for the best option to install DIRECTV equipment
• Install a satellite dish
• Hook up DIRECTV receivers to customer televisions
• Clean up trash and debris from the install
• Educate the customer how to use DIRECTV equipment and services
• Provide the BEST customer service available
Position Requirements
• This is a 1099 contract position -- you must have your own tools, vehicle, and general liability insurance
• You must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and 6 day work weeks during the peak seasons
• You must have great customer service skills
• You must be dependable
• You must be a self-starter
• You must be able to constantly lift a 32' extension ladder and/or other equipment that is an odd shape or size, or equipment weighing approximately 50 lbs.
• Be able to work indoors and outdoors, and in various climates and conditions
• You must be able to pass a background check -- no felonies
• You must be able to pass a driving check
• You must be able to pass a drug check
Tools
• Vehicle -- truck / van / suv
• Ladders -- 8' A-frame and 32' extension
• Hand Tools -- hammer, wrench, screwdriver, etc
• Power Tools -- cordless drill, impact drill, line toner, satellite meter, etc
• You must have a smart phone

Training
• You will be paid for 4 weeks of training
• Training consists of 2 parts -- field and computer coursework
• We will team you up with a senior technician who will teach you the installation basics
• We will pay for you to get the education behind installing DIRECTV
• You will be required to pass several certification tests! You must be a good test taker!
