Pay
70/10 on installs, You keep all custom money as long as you charge according to the generous rates listed on the "custom fee worksheet". You will roll on your own service calls,& there are no in house chargebacks.
Qualifications
SBCA certification is required within 30 days. We can get it for you for $90, which is our cost. You must self-QC 75 percent of all your completed installs, we require completed paperwork and pictures scanned or emailed in to us at least every 48 hours. You must have a scanner and printer, a way to take pictures, and ability to write legibly.
Other Requirements
The following items are REQUIRED to start with us:Late model truck or van, outfitted for installing satellite systems, Birdog ultra or superbuddy meter, all the drills& handtools, 24 foot ladder, a clean and hygienic appearance, and the best customer service skills in the industry. You will need to be able to fish walls, bore sidewalks, walk on roofs, whatever it takes to get the job in the ground. A qualified candidate would be able to deal with demanding, or difficult customers.
Job Description
This work is all DirecTV retail sales. Best Buy, Costco, Sam's Club, etc. This is not HSP, or O&O work.
A smart phone is required to work with us. We run our dispatch through Google Hangouts. You will have to pre-call your customers the night before install, and 30 minutes prior to arrival. There are also calls to you have to make to dispatch for placing yourself en route, onsite, and completed.
We guarantee you to have your route by 5pm everyday. Payday is Friday, after 30 days of work. We don't hold your pay, we pay you as we are funded for your installs. The faster you get your paperwork turned in, the faster the jobs will pay.
Work days are Monday to Saturday, Sunday's are off days most weeks. We try to be off every federal holiday, but sometimes we have to work. Thanksgiving and Christmas are guaranteed off days.
