Job Description
American Satellite Concepts is offering for the first time, our fast track to management program! Depending on your performance this program could potentially allow you to become a Sales Manager in a month's time. Becoming a Sales Manager allows you to build your own team, set your team's hours, and of course there is a nice pay raise!
As far as the sales rep position it requires you to be able to meet at our office in High Point daily Monday through Friday at 2 pm. Then after that, following a brief meeting, transportation is provided by our sales managers to the week's assigned selling areas where the hours are 3-8 pm. It will be your responsibility to work the houses in your assigned territory. This job is strictly commissioned base, however do not let that deter you as we pay some of the top commission rates in the industry. Our top door to door sales reps will make 8-11+ sales a week and consistently pull in $1,200-1,650+ weekly. Our mid-low tier full time salesmen will on average make between 5-7 sales a week (with some higher weeks mixed in of course) and consistently pull in $500-700 weekly.
Aside from the excellent commissions this job offers, we also offer a great team atmosphere and sales managers that take the time to train you and give you the resources to succeed!
Sales experience is a huge plus and can help you find success in this position immediately, however it is not required. If you are willing to put in the effort then we are willing to train you and help you find success.
