Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Insure the safety of all people working for and with CCI Systems.
• Provide on-site leadership and assign and monitor day-to-day operations for project execution.
• Understands and is accountable for working within Scope of Work.
• Insures all permits, locates and other compliance requirements are met.
• Responsible for "per crew per day" productivity to support short and long term project requirements.
• Responsible to ensure that all necessary fleet, inventory, and other assets are available when needed.
• Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of wall maps in the field and all field information provided to corporate office including: dailies, timesheets, fleet reports, inventory reports, field logs, etc.
• Responsible for initiating the change order process when customer requests work to be done outside of Scope of Work.
• Responsible for ordering and tracking inventory in a timely manner to ensure continued work. Ensuring crews have what they need to perform work.
• Reviewing unbilled reports with Project Superintendent, Regional Superintendent, or Project Manager to ensure accuracy and verification of work to be invoiced.
• Executes CCI personnel management responsibilities including feedback, discipline, annual review and wage increases.
• Responsible to identify and escalate facts that could put the success of the project at risk, including resource needs.
• Participate actively in Access Networks strategic growth planning.
• Demonstrate company values and leadership characteristics consistently and hold others accountable to do the same.
• Maintain quality control of all projects.
• Provide proper material management. Monthly inventories provided to Iron Mountain personnel. Order or request proper materials in conjunction with Regional Manager.
• Provide final documentation to the customer to include: as-builts/redlines, OTDR traces/sweep documentation and QC sheets.

Required Skills:
• 5 years’ experience in CATV construction project management.
• Thorough understanding of telecommunications construction and supervising construction projects.
• Ability to interface with office and field personnel, customers, general public, other management, visitors and company personnel.
• Leadership with skills to positively influence others, collaborate with teammates, communicate on the level of others, listen and understand people in circumstances common in the work place.

Time Requirement:
This is a full-time salary position. You must be able to work beyond normal working hours of Monday through Friday including weekends as necessary. This position does require travel.
