Bear Communications a leader in the fiber industry seeking to fill immediate openings for Fiber Optic Splicers.Qualifications:Experience in terminating, splicing and prepping of Fiber Optic pedestals and enclosures.Experience in splicing and repairs of new and existing plant, buried and aerial using all types of construction methods and manufacture procedures.Experience in mounting building building entrance terminals and terminating within them.Take direction and work well with others.

Bear Communications a leader in the fiber industry seeking to fill immediate openings for experienced linemen, Coax, and fiber splicers.

We are a prime contractor for two major cable companies.

Looking for local cable TV crews for all aspects of Aerial Construction.

Need to be experienced in new build, splicing, fiber installation, road widening, pole transfers etc.
We are a prime contractor for two major cable companies with plenty of long term work.

Candidates must be able to build strand, lash/over lash, pole transfers, vertical grounds, build and repair aerial telecommunication transmission lines.
Must be able to utilize bucket trucks, crawl spaces, ladders, ceilings, tunnels, and trenches to access various installation and construction points as required
Candidate should be able to pull coax through existing duct package, pull cable through conduit either manually, blowing, or mechanically, and splice and activate underground and aerial lines.
Must be able to close a project by completing daily production sheets, verifying proper levels after activation, adjust and troubleshoot as necessary

Candidate should be willing and able to work across all divisions (underground, fiber, coax)

Physical Requirements:
• Steadiness - ability to keep your arm and hand in the same position while moving or without moving
• Manual Dexterity – ability to move your hand and arm together, grasp, manipulate, and assemble objects
• Flexibility – ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
• Ability to move objects weighing in excess of 70lbs for distances greater than fifty feet multiple times a day
