Good organization and communication skills / Capable of traveling and working independently / able to lift 75 lbs / able to understand and follow company and customer specific safety procedures / Previous experience working in Central Office environments / Previous experience with power cuts, FDP's, Ethernet producing equipment, iron work, overhead infrastructure, lacing, testing / Helpful but not required - OEM Certifications (Adtran/Calix/Fujitsu/Cyan, etc.)Standard 1275: Qwest Corp Tech Pub

High School Education Minimum / May recommend and use own helper(s) separate hires / Possible required travel or relocation to work areas / to start immediately.

In need of Central Office Installers to work in the state of Ohio and Michigan. Must have previous experience working in Central Office environments, power cuts, FDP's, Ethernet producing equipment, iron work, overhead infrastructure, lacing and testing. Requirements include a current valid Driver's License, dependable vehicle, tools to complete assignments in Central Office environments, prior telecom experience, experience testing, modifying, adding, removing and making wiring connections on In-Service equipment and able to read and understand installation specs and technical drawings. Standard 1275:Qwest Corporation Technical Publication Telecommunications Equipment Installation Guidelines will be implemented.
