Qualifications
• Able to interface with field personnel, outside professional services, management, visitors & company personnel
• Able to perform essential functions & identify the uniform color code for underground utilities
• Understand & adhere to Federal & State OSHA regulations & Company Safety Standards as written, briefed & posted
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check & MVR check
• Able to work outdoors & endure long periods of standing, sitting or walking & lift 100 lbs.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Loading and unloading trucks and moving materials between work sites.
• Sort and stack materials as necessary.
• Put up and take down shoring equipment.
• Cleaning tools and machines.
• Hand dig holes, dig trenches and assist in vehicle operation.
• Pulling of cable, lashing machines and strand by hand using a rope.
• Act as a flag person or safety spotter in diverting traffic from the work site.
• Other duties as directed by Supervisor.
