Job Description
Looking for an experienced, reliable drill operator or locator who is also proficient with various other equipment. At least 5 years experience of strictly operating drills/related equipment. Other tasks associated with buried utility construction are necessary, including clean-up. Ability to locate and operate would be a big plus and would add weight to hiring decisions.
• Operator must have good communication skills, a healthy team attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions quickly and effectively.
• Must be able to work independently at times and demonstrate good judgment and logical problem solving skills.
• Operator must be knowledgeable with all typical safety procedures and apply them at all times.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, more assisted.
• Must be familiar with Ditch Witch
• Must be familiar with AT machines
• Rock boring ability required
• Operator must have a clean record, driving and otherwise.
• Verifiable work history and work references.
• Each operator also must have a valid, up-to-date DL and CDL, endorsements are a plus.
• Drug testing and a background check may be required. We value honesty and we take it into account during the hiring process.
• Although we are based out of Missouri, work can be spread through surrounding states.
