Starts
Directly after a successful background and drug test, and all certifications are complete.
Pay
Experienced 80$ - dish & 1st Outlet 20$ - each additional Outlet. Needs trained 70 - dish & 1st Outlet 15$ - each additional Outlet
Qualifications
Jones NCTI Certification, SBCA Certification, Networking 101 Certification. Anyone that doesn't have these cert's are acceptable, we can help you get the above certifications, not a big deal.
Other Requirements
Must have work Truck, Van, SUV. Car's will not be acceptable. Must have own tools, pass a background check, drug test.

Now hiring Experienced Directv Technicians for 1099 positions.
We are looking for hardworking, knowledgeable, experienced, Directv Technicians. We are aware of the reputation that Multiband has in the Shreveport Market. Our company does not and will not operate in the same manner as other Contracting Company's have in the past. We are not reporting to the local management in Shreveport, our contract is directly with the corporate office, local supervisors have zero say in what work goes where, past issues between techs and current or previous local management are a non issue, this is a clean slate with a company that know how to treat techs the right way. We are coming into the area as a stand alone Contractor to do a big percentage of the work. We have been in business for two years and have not lost a tech yet due making he/she pickup work or not giving enough work. We don't need everyone to pull 6 jobs a day, we have techs that do 2 jobs a day all the way to 6 and we need both kinds to make it work. We treat each tech with respect and expect the same in return, if we get to a point that talking in a regular tone of voice can't get things accomplished we will probably have to part ways, were not going to yell and holler at each other. Material's
- We order what you need and payroll deduct for item's purchased during the pay period your in, no out of pocket cost for you.
- All materials sold are at cost considering the price of the item and shipping, the goal is to provide material at the lowest possible cost.
- we do require DTV approved materials to be used.
Quality of work
- QC's are completed weekly and techs will be required to complete jobs up to DTV standards.
Payroll
- We pay every two weeks.
Payroll Advance
- We will provide a payroll advance for fuel in certain situations, only on completed work you have not been paid for yet.
Tools
- Let's say you need a meter or ladder, we can help you get that.
Time off
- We understand folks have family and personal issues, our objective is not to get a person to work 7 days a week 365 days a year. We want to secure at least a 5 day schedule that a tech can do reliably.
