Out of Town Travel Monday - Friday is likely. Per diem for nightly out of town stays is provided.

Immediate opening. -Dependent successful interview and screening process.
Pay
Salary based on Experience and Performance. Competitive compensation and benefit package. This includes Company vehicle, laptop, phone, etc. Benefits also include health insurance, matching 401(k), paid holidays, paid time off, etc.
Qualifications
Telecommunication Fiber Optic experience is a must. Demonstrated leadership ability. Experience with Directional boring, excavation around utilities, and locating for drill. Proficient with computer for reporting, email, etc.
Other Requirements
Class A CDL, with medical card, good driving record and random drug and alcohol testing. Have underground experience with the ability to safely dig around existing utilities and lead crews at job site. Out of town travel M-F is normal. Ability to work in all weather conditions is a must. Job Description
Oversee daily operations, locate, operate as needed, implement work plan, meet deadlines, lead the crew, and respond to issues effectively. Ensure accurate reporting of time and material and facilitate healthy communication between work crew and supervisor. Maintain equipment, inventory and work crews morale. Understanding of underground regulations and terms is required. Must have experience with fiber optic directional boring and locating for the drill.
