Qualifications
Knowledge and familiarity with the RUS 515 Codes.
Must be very familiar with construction and installation methods for Fiber and Copper Cable, Conduit, Aerial and Pulling and know how to properly apply the units to appropriate installation methods.
Must know how to do as-builts and read prints. Previous experience doing unit billing required. Decipher what work installation crews performed based on crew’s as-builts and convert work to units and create a new as-built.

Telecommunication Construction Company seeking qualified Billing Clerk.
