*Weekly pay, averaging $700 - $1,000 per week depending on experience
*Fuel allowance of $60 per week for use of personal vehicle
*Mobile Device allowance of $10 per week for use of personal smartphone

Qualifications
*No degree or certification is required for this position as full, paid training is provided. Applicants with a customer service background and experience working aloft (on a ladder) are most successful during our new hire training period. *Must be capable of carrying a 28 foot fiberglass ladder (~60 lbs.) *Customer service experience is a must to be successful in this position
*Cable technician, service retention, or service technician experience preferred
Other Requirements
*Dependable truck, SUV, or van with ladder rack capable of carrying a 28 ft. extension ladder is required *Valid driver's license, insurance and vehicle registration required
*Ablility to pass a drug screen and background check

ABOUT THE POSITION
Realtime Results, LLC is seeking self-monitored, full-time candidates with cable and customer service experience to process and disconnect delinquent account leads in Columbus, Ohio.
Our Retention Specialists schedule and collect payments and cable equipment from cable subscribers by making face to face contact. Those accounts that cannot resolve within the client-mandated time-frame require disconnection by working aloft on a 28' extension ladder.
Using in-house developed, cutting edge mobile technology, our employees collect money and customer premise cable equipment at the customer's home using the smart phone they already have. This translates to less paperwork in the field and more time earning commission by performing work order disconnections and collecting on delinquent accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Making face-to-face contact with customers
* Following all federal laws and regulations regarding Collections
* Gathering CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) from customers
* Collecting money to restore service to customer premise
* Completing hard disconnects by performing service work on telephone poles
