Qualifications
Experience dispatching Dish Network technicians. Proficient with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and Word. Knowledge of all basic Dish Network systems including the outdoor antennas and individual receivers.
Other Requirements
High school diploma and bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
Job Description
Basic dispatching duties include, but are not limited to:
Contacting technicians throughout the day to track their progress.
Modifying and ensuring workorders have been created properly.
Updating customers with ETAs for their technician arriving.
Ensuring technicians complete all required tasks in a timely fashion.
