Qualifications
We are looking to hire on an additional 15 aerial construction teams and 12 directional bore teams to help us meet our production goals for this falls workload. We have a tremendous amount of work to get done and need good contract partners to help us with that. Bear is the prime and we will find work for our contract partners in our other systems if work gets slow. Please give us a call and consider joining our team.

Scope of work varies with each job. Individuals must be able to read prints and have knowledge of the underground process. Looking for trust worthy and hard working individuals who want to move forward. Need to be able to work independently as a crew on each job given. Ability to trench, bore, plow, place duct, and direct bury main-line and drops. Locate & verify all utilities before construction. Clean -up job when finished.

Must have CDL class A/B with clean driving record, must be able to pass background and drug test screening. Minimum of 3 years experience with Ditch Witch drills.
