Qualifications
Must have a minimum 2 years of directional drilling experience as operator and/or locator -Must have basic operating experience with heavy equipment -Capable of working outside in all types of weather and ground conditions. -Valid Driver's license (Class A CDL is a plus) -Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing per company policy

Job Description
Proficient operation of various types of trenchless equipment/HDD drills and other support equipment.
-knowledgeable of water/sewer line installation
-Job Preparation-including review/interpretation of engineering prints, equipment selection, utility notifications, etc.
-Understand and ensure compliance with contract documents.
Ensure Company owned equipment is inspected, inventoried, and maintained on a daily basis.
-Must have a clear understanding of utility locate information.
-Ability to resolve utility conflicts and make the proper adjustments necessary in the field to keep project on schedule without delay.
-Must be capable of providing inspection reports, production reports, boring logs, as-built data, etc. to the foreman on a daily basis.
-Establish, manage, and service customer relationships.
-Must conduct all work and communicate in a professional, effective manner.
-Facilitate and support safety program initiatives.
