Pay
MCG is currently offering a sign-on bonus for this position. Pay rates are competitive, and are based on hours worked and production. A full benefits package is also offered.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: Able to read and understand prints and other engineering documents - Must be able to create and maintain a safe job site environment - Able to work outdoors in all types of weather - Must be willing to travel - Must be able to work in bucket trucks, climb ladders, Gaffing experience preferred - Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs - Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a DOT physical (Class A CDL Preferred) - Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

Must be self-motivated and safety-focused - Must have the ability to work well with others

Looking For Aerial Foreman - CURRENTLY OFFERING SIGN-ON BONUS
Previous experience required
-Telecommunications construction for the placement of coax, fiber, strand, and overlash
-Pole transfers including: Setting anchors, topping of poles, straight, double, deadends and curved transfers
-Completion of daily job report including employee timekeeping and production quantities
-Create and maintain as-built construction documentation
-Overnight, out of town work is probable
-The work week can include Saturday and Sunday
