Qualifications
A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications/telecommunication construction industry, along with knowledge of fiber construction and procedures. We are looking for someone who is well organized, possesses strong team, leadership and negotiation skills, is an effective problem solver and has the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
Other Requirements
This position requires the ability to occasionally travel to customer job sites, maintain a valid driver's license, and be insurable.
Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Project Manager is responsible for all decision making regarding the scope and delivery of the project, while working within the budget. The PM will review the requirements of projects, validate the budget, create and execute work plans, identify resources needed for the project and assign responsibility and deadlines. The PM guides and directs the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensures timely completion and updates the executive team for any critical concerns.
