Job Description
Bear Communications has been given the opportunity to join one of the largest cable companies in installing their commercial products into businesses. This position will require the Supervisor to oversee the installations, aid in any issues, and report back specific metrics to his/her manager. The Supervisor will play an important role in quality assurance, and will lead safety and training meetings regularly. The supervisor will be responsible for 6-10 techs at the beginning of the project, and the position will grow into another project in the Austin/San Antonio region.
