Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction/Project Management or equivalent training and experience (minimum of two years). Excellent MS-Excel, Word and Outlook skills at a minimum. Able to communicate with Superintendents, Project Managers and Clients. Adaptable to changing demands and priorities. Preparation of proposals and change orders for construction projects. Strong analytic skills in evaluating situations.
Other Requirements
Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time and have strong organizational skills.
