Cable splicer needed for passive (Tap,DC,splitters) cable upgrade.
Sub must have own Truck, all tools needed to splice .412 & .500 cable plant,
Must have Insurance and own tools.
Splicing consists of approx. 400 pieces.
All materials are provided.
