Qualifications
MUST have 2 year minimum field experience with DirecTV (no exceptions);Solid written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and prioritizing; Ability to lead and develop others in achieving company goals and objectives; Possess exceptionally strong customer focus and a history of successful operation leadership; strong interpersonal skills with others; Ability to handle multiple issues, projects and establish priorities in a changing environment.
Other Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and inventory software systems and Siebel preferred; Ability to work full time, up to and including 6 day a week, weekends and holidays as needed; Must meet company hiring criteria for pre-employment screening to include drug test, criminal background and MVR.
Job Description
The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall business operations and service delivery for the site and oversee field operations. The site manager will be available to assist at all times with technicians in the field. Many important functions to include: staffing, coaching, and training, along with development.

Conducts training utilizing the company’s safety, quality and customer service practices, policies and standards, promotes teamwork and the company’s mission during each class conducted. Also, make sure that all OSHA requirements are met. Ensures that all corporate policy and procedures are adhered to. Works closely with Upper Management to develop people and provide on-going training and feedback via performance reviews and goal setting sessions. Works closely with trainers to monitor the progress of technicians training.
