Qualifications
At least two years coax splicing experience, coring and activation. Sweep experience a plus. Climbing and ladder experience and underground pedestals, vaults, etc. Self motivated and willing to work crazy hours.
Other Requirements
All coax tools for splicing cables .500, .540, .625, .700, .715, .750, .860, .875, .1000, .1125. Meter for activation. DSAM if sweep. Climbing tools. Truck and/or bucket truck. 1,000,000 umbrella and general liability and vehicle insurances.
Job Description
Coax splicers needed in the Bluegrass area of Kentucky.
• Splice new build and maintenance of overhead and underground coax cables.
• Ability to climb utility poles.
• Activation of Magnavox and Scientific Atlanta equipment and verify end-of-line readings (EOL).
• Be able to work excel for billing.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
