Qualifications
Must have jones and sbca certifications to start. Within 90 day of first job will need service and networking cert. experience is preferred but will train right people.
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass background and drug test. Also must have van or truck, tools, signal meter, and ladder. Must have ability to work in attics, crawl spaces. Basic construction knowledge is helpful.
Job Description
Duties include driving to each job installing dish and running cable. Troubleshooting issues, customer service, quality work. We hold each tech to high standard of work, every job must be done to code and regulations set forth by directv. Along with quality we are kept to maintain certain metrics and goals. Customer satisfaction is a very high priority and will need to maintain good survey scores.
