Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Department: Operations
Reports To: Project Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily management and reconciliation of owned or consigned inventory stored in the field locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Maintain all aspects of the distribution operation
•Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
•Assist in tracking and management of equipment
•Maintain warehouse security at all times
•Ensure your location is in compliance with all safety (OSHA,) and injury reporting
•Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system
•Lead a team of warehouse personnel in a fast-paced, stressful environment
•Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
•Detailed communication of materials with managers & crews
•Ensure all equipment is kept in good, safe working conditions
•Work with all supervisors to assure all policies and procedures are being followed
•Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

•3+ years shipping/receiving experience, including forklift operation
•Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position
•Must be knowledgeable of Wireless Telecommunications equipment
•Ability to work for long periods of time on your feet
•Exposure to extreme heat and cold while loading and unloading trucks
•Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
•Ability to stoop, bend, push, pull, lift above head and climb as necessary
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Ability to manage effectively time to meet targets and deadlines
•Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time
•Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
•Must be able to pass a drug screen, MVR and background check
